WSC winter walk around Portland on Sunday 11th February

Thirteen members had an excellent 8 mile workout around the Island followed by lunch at the Portland Heights Hotel. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed the iconic views across Lyme Bay, the Bill and the Race. Some were suprised by dramatic views of a recent landslip which caused a steep and muddy diversion from the coast path.Thanks to Iain Jones for leading us.The next Winter Walk is on Sunday 17th March starting at WSC at 10.00am and finishing with lunch at the club, more details to follow.
