The Tony Bennet pursuit race :
Traditionally, in normal races, all boats start together, The objective of a pursuit race is that they should all finish together. After a normal start sequence the slowest boat sets off. Based on the handicaps, each boat will be told when to start. The fastest boat will start last. A board displays the minutes after start is displayed on the Committee boat. After a fixed time the race is finished and the boat that crosses the line first, wins. It makes a change and people find excellent fun.
