WSC Autumn Regatta Saturday 22nd October

The club are planning on running a 1 day Autumn Regatta on Saturday 22nd October in lieu of our cancelled End of Summer Regatta.There will be 2 races back to back for 5 classes with the first start not before 11:00.Classes: Squib, IRC 3, IRC , IRC 5 and Dinghies. Note if any non rated Cruisers wish to take part then they can join class IRC 5 and we will provide these yachts with a rating for the event.Racing: The first race will start with the Squib class at 11:00 and last approx. 1 hour for leading yachts. The second race will be longer with the aim of finishing all classes by 16:00.Social: There will be a prize presentation at 17:30 in the club. There are trophies to race for plus liquid prizes at stake!Winner: The overall regatta winner will be awarded the "Sharp Exit" Claret Jug.Dining: There will be a sit down meal starting at approx 18:30. Bookings at galley@wsc.org.ukWe hope to see lots of yachts out racing to celebrate the end of another sailing season.Note Sunday racing programme will be unchanged.
