WSC Annual Dinner Friday 30th January - ÄúA Celebration of the Season's SailingÄù

The club will be holding its annual black-tie Dinner Dance, which is open to all members (aged 16 and over) and their guests, at the Crown Hotel on Friday 30th January.This is a new venue for the club and the Crown is delighted to have the opportunity of hosting this prestigious event. There is a five-course meal for the bargain price of ¬£25 per head (see link for booking form and menu options). Wine starts at ¬£11.50 a bottle and there is Doom Bar for the real-ale lovers.There will be a prizegiving after the meal, followed by dancing to music from popular local band ÄúThe LegomenÄù. The hotel is offering Bed and Breakfast at the special rate of ¬£25 per head for those who would prefer not to drive or take a taxi home. Booking forms must be returned to Steve Dadd, Rear Commodore (House), by 23rd January. Sqibbers, dinghy sailors and individual cruiser skippers will be making up some of the tables.
