The Buoys are here!

By now those club members who are busy preparing their boats for the season will have seen the three rows of Hippo Buoys lying east of the new Cubie pontoon.  Laid by Quest, it took two attempts due to the recent prevailing easterlies creating a bit of a chop, but now they are laid and just in time for the second lift-in at the end of March.  No trailing lines to catch your prop, no S bend approaches to your mooring and no bumping in the night.  Most importantly all mooring lines are made fast from the top of the Hippo sparing both mooring holders and our moorings team from getting wet and very dirty.  Thanks again to the Mooring team.
