Return of the Annual Tender Race

The fun starts 1700h Friday 9th September with registration for the annual tender race.Blow up anything inflatable that vaguely floats and compete for the highly coveted Fancy Dress Trophy and Weymouth Harbour Cup.

End of Summer Regatta

The End of Summer Regatta will take place on the 10th and 11th Sept 2022.This year the Regatta will be using a VERY relaxed format with 4 races, 2 per day with 3 to count out of 4. There will be an approx. 2 hour lunch break to allow crews to come ashore.WSC are encouraging all Yachts, Squibs and Dinghies to take part in the racing. If you have never raced before, No problem we will provide your boat with a rating to enable you to take part.There is NO entry fee or entry declaration. But please if you have no rating/handicap for your yacht let your sailing sec know by emailing sailing@wsc.org.uk and we will provide a rating.Classes: Squibs, IRC3, IRC4, IRC5, Cruisers (Non Spinnaker), Dinghies, Sea Cadets RS21

Race Programme

Start Times will be shown on WSC, sailing programmeSaturday 10th Sept - 2 races.Race 1 will be a short with finish close to harbour.Race 2 will be a long distance race for IRC yachts and CruisersSunday 11th Sept - 2 races.Race 1 will be short again with the finish close to the harbour.Race 2 will be completed by approx. 16:00 to allow all crews time to come ashore for the prize giving in the club.There are club trophies and liquid prizes up for grabs so please support this regatta.With the overall regatta winner being presented with the "Sharp Exit" Claret Jug.Your RO will be Mike Street supported by the crew of Moonshadow 2.
