Well with 40 knot gusts ,the famous boxing day race was binned , but thankfully a gathering amassed up the club and we awarded the Crew Person of The Year 2019 , all the nominees were awarded the Christmas bottle of port. The votes were collected and our Commodore opened the Golden Envelope , in true "Oscars" style and the winner was,,,,, Mr Tim Day .Congratulations all that were nominated , those nominees who weren't there, your bottle of port is on the top shelf in the bar store . Thank you to Nick Frampton for setting it all up on the website and of course thank you to all voters .
