Around 30 people came to listen and learn from AdamÄôs Talk last Friday. It was an inspiring talk brought to life in the second half with a sail being stretched and shaped with a view to understanding mast bending, luff curves, outhaul and kicker tensions, not to mention that curiously named cunningham (invented by a doctor of the same name). All this to optimise the 4th corner of the sail. As usual there was something for everyone Äì It wonÄôt escape your attention that World and National Champions find these talks compelling!
