Starters
• Roast Butternut Squash Soup with sage oil, toasted pumpkin seeds, truffle cream
• Warm Autumn Salad with roasted beets, candied pecans, goat’s cheese, rocket, maple vinaigrette
• Chicken Liver Pâté with crusty bread, medlar chutney

Main Courses
• Cod en Papillote with Roast tomatoes, Mediterranean lentils, seasonal greens
• Pork Ragu with Hasselback potatoes, honey-roasted carrots with thyme, seasonal greens
• Pumpkin Risotto with wild mushrooms, parmesan, smoked salt, crispy leeks

Desserts
• Pear Tarte Tatin served with chocolate sauce
• Apple & Pernod Sorbet with Lavender shortbread
